Music has been a powerful force in my life for as long as I can remember. My earliest and probably strongest influences were my parents, Mel and Sweetie, who could perform original down home blues at the drop of a dime! Other musical influences come from the likes of Sarah Vaughan, Anita Baker, Teena Marie and a little of my own flavor thrown in for good measure.
I've headlined two sold out shows at the Cafe Industry & Jazz in Culver City, CA, two sellout shows at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center and a near sell out at the legendary Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood, CA in 2008 and 2010. We sold out the Hollywood Studio Bar & Grill in June 2009 and November 22, 2009. Sell out show at Nyx Jazz Club in July and November 2010.
I have a CD single out, Masterpiece, and also a demo CD called Moods. Vocal Flavors will be done soon.
